Membership Application By clicking "submit" below, I the undersigned in joining the Foothills Miata Club, agree to the following: to maintain minimum automobile insurance coverage on my vehicle while in transit to/from and/or in attendance of Club meetings/events, and agree the Foothills Miata Club is not responsible/liable for loss/damage of vehicle(s) or not responsible for personal/physical injury to myself/members/non-members in attendance of Club events/functions, and agree to abide by all rules/policies/procedures outlined in the By-Laws established by the Club officers/members of the Foothills Miata Club. and those regulations/policies in accordance with any participating facility during the club events (for the safety, protection, and enjoyment of its members/non-members and vehicles). All events/meetings/functions are uninsured informal gatherings and the Foothills Miata Club assumes no liabilities.

Dues are $20.00 per year, payable in January.  You can use our online payment option on this Website or the payment can be mailed in, or brought to a FMC meeting. Please make checks payable to Foothills Miata Club. Checks can be mailed to the following address:
